Prof. Rachel Morgan in front of a white architectural model

(01) About

  • Housing
  • Timber construction
  • Adaptive reuse

Rachel Morgan ran her own practice in the Southwest for fifteen years before joining St. George School, designing housing for local communities.

As dean she has brought working architects back into the studio. Every design unit is now taught by a pair: one academic and one practitioner who still builds.

Her current research follows ten timber housing projects from drawing to their first decade of use, recording what the residents changed and why.

Website concept by Andrew Herendeen. Sample institution and academic information; applications and accounts are demonstrations.
