Daniel Foster worked for eight years at an investment firm in Denver, where he built its first climate risk model, before moving into research.
He directs the master’s program in Finance and Sustainability. His students spend their final semester with an investment firm, bank, or public agency, working on a real portfolio.
His research asks how long-term investors can price risks that only arrive in thirty years.
